I thought the atmosphere was super. The class was very enthusiastic and I've had many comments that were positive. A few more sessions will start team building.

Sorry, did not do much at the squad training, but I was suffering from a rare strain of bourbonitis, and had a coffeeing fit. My doctor has warned me this could turn into something worse like doughnutitis if I am not careful.

I have tried rubbing cream, jelly, and even custard in, but that is just a trifle irritating. Apparently there are hundreds and thousands with it.

But they make custard NOT mustard, although Coleman's has no "e" in it. I believe Shihan once said his nickname was mustard.
