Hi guys!

I have a couple of problems:

Firstly, I get cramp all the time!! Its so annoying and really hard to concentrate when its really bad. Does anyone else have this problem?? Or if anyone has any suggestions on how to prevent it that would be really awesome?! A friend of mine told me to drink more water and eat bananas. Lol! This hasn't really helped so far :(

Secondly, does anyone know any good stretch exercises for calf muscles? I've spent, and do still spend, most of my life in high heels and think I've shrunk my calf muscles :S I know it must be bad because its an effort for me to keep my feet flat on the floor :S

If anyone can help with either of these issues I would be most greatful :)

Hi ,

one word "Magnesium" , your most probs low in it and I guess people will normally say Postassium is the best thing to take (hence eating Banana's) but Magnesium is a muscle relaxent and is great to help muscle spasms. You maybe low in that within your diet.

If that don't help then I suggest seek a doctors advice.

Also you may already do this but massaging and stretching is also great to elongate muscle fibres therefor preventing this occuring.
