Shihan Paul's Seminar in Sheppey !

Hello all,

Some of you may know me, some may not - I am Sensei Ryan Langworthy from Swale Goju-Ryu Karate Club.

I felt it prudent to write a short message thanking Shihan Paul for coming down to our little island to take a seminar on Sunday 19th April 2009.

All of my club were amazed by Shihan Paul's knowledge, and ability to teach, and were thoroughly knackered come the next day.

I personally was "dead to the world", and unable to move for a few days - the sign of a really good seminar in my books - That and I'm very unfit, and very over weight !!! ha ha...

Shihan taught many new bunkai, and some very interesting techniques for grappling, and street fighting techniques.

Again, a big big thank you to Shihan, and we hope to see him again soon down our way.
