| Paul Coleman 7th Dan ( Uploaded Tue 15, Feb 2005 01:38 ) ![]() Shihan Paul Coleman, 7th Dan JKF Goju Kai (Kiyoshi status) and 7th Dan Seiwa Kai in 8th Dan Seiichi Fujiwara's dojo, Akita, Japan 2004. Paul Coleman is the Oxford Karate Academy Chief Instructor, World Iri-Kumi Champion (continuous fighting), 1989, 1990, 1991, a senior instructor and examiner for the JKF Goju Kai in Europe, black belt Judo, creator of the fitandkicking (cardio kickboxing) system and video and has competed in many tournaments in a variety of systems, WUKO, Iri-Kumi and Kyokushinkai knockdown. He holds many other titles. He is also an assessor of instructors for the English governing body and also a kata official. He was also the kumite coach (although he also taught them kata) to Oxford University Karate Club (OUKC), for 12 years, turning a long history of defeat by Cambridge to many victories in the Varsity Games, he also had a great run of success in the University Students Games (BUSA), including even getting more points than Wayne Otto's group on one occasion! Shihan Paul has travelled extensively to train, teach, compete and examine Dan grades in many countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Okinawa, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, The United States of America, and Wales. KIYOSHI : Master, teaching instructor (teacher of teachers), eminent Instructor, master instructor.
